The President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), which is housed in the Office of the Secretary of State, employs an inter-agency model to implement work across the world with many different partners. Projects, programs and activities are administered, monitored, and evaluated regularly by the responsible partner agency and in compliance with specific agency requirements. PEPFAR reports on its evaluation results annually to Congress and posts reports on www.pepfar.gov . For questions or information, email SGAC_EWG@state.gov.

For foreign assistance evaluations conducted by the U.S. Agency for International Development, see the Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) .
