San Francisco OFM provides reciprocal services to and liaises with the foreign consulates in the following states: Alaska, northern California, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories in the Pacific, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota, as well as accredited diplomatic and consular personnel of all nations visiting the region.
