Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Andrea L Thompson will travel to Kansas City, Missouri, May 5, 2019. Under Secretary Thompson will deliver a keynote address at the closing of the two day conference. The Aspen Ministers Forum  is a nonpartisan initiative of former foreign ministers from around the world that meets to craft new approaches to critical global challenges. The Forum meets twice a year and is a program of the Aspen Institute.
